Who Needs a Passenger Endorsement?
A Passenger Endorsement for a CDL is Required to Operate
- A commercial motor vehicle (CMV) that is designed to transport 16 or more passengers including the driver
A Class B CDL is Required if
- The passenger vehicle has a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 26,001 lbs or more
